We are seeking friendly, motivated, and dedicated people to staff our waterfront restaurant, dining vessel, and offices.

Experienced and entry level positions available. Entry level positions will be provided with on the job training to elevate your performance to a professional level. Join our team of hospitality professionals and start a lucrative and rewarding career in the hospitality industry.

We are always seeking friendly, energetic people to fill the following hospitality positions:

Dining Room Managers – Highly motivated, energetic people needed to manage restaurant front of the house and dining vessel. Managers will coordinate sizable staffs
to insure a high level of service to our customers.

Line Chefs – Grill station, Sauté Station, Fry Station, and Expeditor Station. Experienced chefs and line cooks are always welcomed. We also seek entry level cooks who have the capacity to learn in a high energy, fast paced restaurant.

Prep Cooks – Assisting chefs in food preparation. If you take pride in your work and have an interest food service, this is a great starting position.

Servers – Friendly, lively waitstaff desired for restaurant and Dinner Cruise Vessel. Experience preferred, but if you are good working with people, have a positive attitude, and good organizational skills, please apply.

Bartenders – Bartenders needed for restaurant and dinner cruise vessel. Experienced mixologists are always welcome. Entry level applicants with a bright smile, the ability to learn quickly, and who are quick on their feet will be considered for this position.

Host & Hostesses – You will greet and seat customers in restaurant. You are our customers' first impression. You must enjoy the public, engage new people, and be organized.

Bussers – Looking for outgoing people who are quick on their feet to help us deliver excellent service to our customers.

Dishwashers – No experience needed, but you must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Office Staff – Reservationists for Dining Vessel, and clerks for Tour Boats & Gift Shop. Detail oriented people sought who can communicate well over the phone and face to face.

Crewman – This job is for the boating and water enthusiast. We will train in safety maneuvers and all aspects of securing lines and tackle aboard our vessels. This job requires public speaking in the form of a narration during cruises. Crewmen are mandated by the United States Coast Guard to enroll in a random drug-testing program.
